Back to Health Family Chiropractic has been located in the "theatre district" of downtown St. Albans for over a decade.  The office first started with one building at 128 North Main but expanded about 7 years ago to include the property of 120 North Main Street which has handicapped access.  Our parking is on Main Street.

Our waiting room is small and quaint.  Dr. Molly and her team do their very best to keep the waiting room empty by staying on time :)  Many of our patients remark that they like to visit with other patients after their treatment because  this office feels so much like home.

You can notice that our front desk area as well as our adjusting rooms are open.  This gives the front desk personnel the opportunity to talk with our patients while they wait for care.  When you call our office, we do our best to answer the phone on the 1st or 2nd ring.  We have a full-time receptionist who handles calls with a personal touch.  Like you, we hate voice mail!  As a patient, you can often hear Dr. Molly educating as well as telling a few tales to make her patients laugh. 

We have three adjusting rooms.  For your convenience two tables will actually lower you down and raise you.  This really helps if your back is "killing" you.  We also have a table you can climb on and off for our able bodied patients or those who suffer from vertigo(aka dizziness).

As you head down the hall, you will see our hall monitor Mr. Bones.  He dresses up for the season.  It is not uncommon to see him in scarf and hat in the winter(or fleece pajamas) and shorts with a t-shirt in the summer.  Say 'hi' as you pass him in the hall on the way to the Relaxation Station.

Besides getting adjusted by Dr. Molly, the second favorite place in the office is our Relaxation Station.  One of our staff recently used her great decorating instincts and repainted the room.  She also added art work to give the room a great Feng-Shui feeling.  The melodic music further enhances the experience on our electric massage tables.

If you continue down the hall, you will encounter the billing department who will handle your questions/concerns with the utmost professionalism.  Our billing department is the friendliest and most knowledgeable in town.  You may even hear them singing a tune (or two).  They often take requests and even work for tips!  Sometimes, if you are lucky you may even get to see our billing department manager - Sir Oliver Twist - our long haired daschund.

After your exam/re-exam, either Dr. Molly or her compentent staff review your findings in the Report of Findings Room. This is also a place where you can talk to Dr. Molly at any time confidentially.

Right across from the billing department is the Insight 7000...also known as the Subluxation Station.  This is where patients may be tested for nerve interferences (called subluxations) as well as muscle spasms or range of motion. These tests are like a 'window' to the inside--they help us see what is happening from the 'inside-out'. 

In the room next to the billing department is where we take care of new patients.  This is where a detailed patient history is taken as well as various orthopedic tests are performed.  We also evaluate posture and weight  distribution or balance in this room.  Our new patient coordinator, Jill, helps to set even the most anxious patient's mind at ease throughout this initial process.  Great care and attention is given to collecting history and data with the least possible physical stress on the body.  Remember, when your spine is in line...you will feel fine!  Get ready to feel great:)
