Jill A. Picioccio, B.S., C.T.
As the senior member of this team, she has worked with Dr. Molly for nearly 13 years. She first met Dr. Molly when they were both undergraduate students at SUNY Plattsburgh (where she earned my B.S. in Psychology.) After she graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh, Jill went on to complete the Chiropractic Technician(C.T.) program at Life College in Marietta, GA. Her program was a 1-year accelerated program (which later converted to a 2-year certificate due to the number of credits taken) whereby she received training in all aspects of chiropractic practice…with the exception of actually becoming a chiropractor
Since moving to St. Albans in May 1997, Doc has told everyone that she is a ‘flatlander’ but the ‘good kind’—since Jill did not move here to change things! Jill says she came to Vermont because, "I like it the way it is." Working with Dr. Molly has afforded her the opportunity to meet a lot of fine folks over the years. Jill says we have the best patients…without a doubt… and she really enjoys helping Dr. Molly with new patients, doing re-exams and, assisting with treatment plans as well as other correspondence. Dr. Molly has always told patients that Jill has created her own ‘job security’by not telling Doc where anything is around here so she looks forward to many more years working with (and for) our neighbors in the greater St. Albans area. When Jill is not ‘at work’ she enjoys reading, doing word puzzles, going for walks with her dogs, swimming and, spending time with friends or family.
Lisa LeGrand
Lisa has been with BacK to Health since October of 2007 as our billing specialist. She is a former human resource manager with over 20 years of diverse insurance and people experience. Lisa is a Vermont native with a major sense of humor and currently resides in Bakersfield. When she is not being the B2H hound dog, sniffing out payments, Lisa enjoys being outside working on projects around her house, playing with her dogs, rescuing a critter in need or watching a good movie.
Danielle Gratton
Danielle has been with Back to Health since August of 2007 as our receptionist (hub of our wheel). She brings with her 8 years of experience working in a medical office setting. Danielle is a whiz at multitasking; she can answer the phone, take payments, make appointments and greet patients all at the same time without even breaking a sweat! Danielle is also a native Vermonter who resides in St. Albans with her husband and adorable daughter. When she is not being our B2H superstar, she enjoys doing Mommy things with her daughter, fishing, gardening and generally being outdoors.
Karleen Place
Karleen has returned to Back to Health after a two year absence. (She was missing out on all the fun this office has and most of all missed all of our wonderful patients.) A native Vermonter, Karleen currently resides in Fairfield with family and her puppy Lilly. Her free time is spent visiting Vermont Cemeteries, working in her veggie and flower gardens, watching wildlife and playing with Lilly and all the neighborhood dogs. Karleen also loves to travel -especially to the ocean. Karleen has also volunteered for many years with the Franklin County Hospice program and with the Agency of the Aging.
